AJ Simon has been a Real Estate Professional for 8 years. All of his life AJ has had a strong passion for helping others. He is a great amateur cook but is often heard saying that he is an amazing internationally renowned chef, which is only true to him.

Terri Cates is a native of Riverview and knows the Tampa Bay area very well. She has been in real estate for over 10 years and has a variety of experience. Everything from new home construction, re-sales, commercial, REO properties, and property management. She has over 35 years of customer service experience which allows her to help anyone no matter what their experience level is. She has the ability to explain the process so you can understand what to expect and help ease the stress during the process. Her hobbies are kayaking, horseback riding, relaxing at the beach, and golf when time allows. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 37 years and has two grown sons.

Katie Walker brings a decade of Interior Design experience to Dirt2Design. As a professionally certified and licensed Interior Designer, she has worked on many projects ranging from residential homes to commercial hotels, restaurants, and assisted living projects. She is an expert at both new construction and renovation projects.
