Build
Brian and Mika are known for their work on HGTV’s 100 Day Dream Home, our real-world builds follow carefully planned timelines and expectations. Building your dream home is a significant investment, and our team is committed to delivering a seamless and well-managed experience from concept to completion.
Current construction costs typically range from $225–$275 per square foot, with average build timelines of 10–14 months, including permitting. We believe in setting clear expectations upfront so you can move forward with confidence.
Our build projects are focused within approximately a 45-minute radius of the Tampa Bay area, allowing us to maintain quality control, strong communication, and hands-on involvement throughout the process. We partner with some of the most trusted contractors in the region, selecting the right team for each custom home.
