Design

Design is probably one of the favorite aspects of creating a home and making it personal for you!

We offer interior design consultations for projects starting at 10k and up. Our team includes certified interior designers and architectural design experts.

If you have a lot or are looking to build new we can assist in creating a dream home floorplan and make it come to life!

Build

New construction is what we do best! Brian and Mika create homes on HGTV with 100 Day Dream Home but also work on projects outside of the show.

A few considerations if you are looking to build from the ground up: We do not do all of our builds in 100 Days that’s just for the show! Current market construction cost are averaging $225 -$275 per sq ft and build time on average including permitting is around 10-14 months.

Our team works within about a 45 min radius of Tampa Bay but currently not building outside of Florida. We build with some of the best contractors in the Bay area and we partner with them for each custom home.

We take pride in helping our clients from designing all the way through project completion.
